Perpetual Adoration to the Most Holy Trinity

The devotion of the Perpetual Adoration to the Most Holy Trinity appeared in the mid 1700's.  It is attributed to the Trinitarian Sisters of Valence who combined the education of youth and the care of the sick with five acts of adoration to the Most Holy Trinity every day  The French Calced Fr. Joseph Duxio, minister of the house of Lyon and great devotee of the Most Holy Trinity, is credited with giving the devotion its present form around the year 1668.  He proposed the formation of an association of devotees who pledged to spend an hour or more in adoration of the Most Holy Trinity on determinate days of the year.   He envisioned a large enough membership to have someone rendering homage to the MHT every hour of the day and every day of the year. The association exists today.  I'm trying to find the prayer for us, help is appreciated.
