Who is William the Scot O.SS.T.?

Who is William the Scot O.SS.T.?   - 3rd Minister General (1217-1222). Founded 13 new houses:  France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium and Scotland.  Solicited 6 letters from Pope Honorius III to help promote the Order.  Carried an expedition to Córdoba in which he freed 42 captives.  He died outside the walls of Córdoba as he was about to undertake another ransoming expedition.
